Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty was organized/incorporated as a full-service, Florida licensed real estate company in July of 1994. The company has been solely owned and operated by Ms. Dana Dunnigan since that date. In just a few short years, Shimmering Sands Realty grew into one of Bay County's largest and most respected real estate firms with over 150 residential and commercial property listings in addition to over 200 vacation rental listings. We have since opened a branch office at 400 S. Hwy 79 toward the west end of Panama City Beach.

We're very proud and excited that our past performance and vision for the future met the tough franchise standards of the Prudential Real Estate company. As a result, Shimmering Sands Realty was offered a franchise and subsequently joined the Prudential Real Estate network on February 1, 1999.
