We would like to take this opportunity to share some current market data and observations. We would also like to thank everyone who read the previous letter.

The market for residential lots and vacant land is very challenging at this time. Actually the market overall is very challenging but especially lots in RiverCamps.

Inventories in most categories of real property are very high and therefore the market has responded as open markets do… with prices coming down. Our advise to sellers who can stay and who do not have to sell is to do just that …don’t try to sell now and stay. My advice to sellers who must sell…you will have to price with the current comparable solds…with the excess inventory if you want to sell price is king…lowest price sells…period.
