Jacksonville, Florida – (April 25, 2007) – The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) announced today that it completed the purchase of Bay Point Marina in Bay County near Panama City Beach, Florida from Bay Point Marina Company.

Hi everyone,
I just posted the most recent inventory data and statistics from the Panama City and Bay County MLS for selected property types for the month of March. It is still a BUYERS market but it seems that we are rounding the curve and we are now on the way up. You’ll see months of inventory reductions for Residential single family homes and condos. The only type that did not improve was vacant land which is still seeing increasing inventory and not enough sales to offset the increase. Click here to see for yourself. Read more...
