This morning I posted the Panama City real estate market information for May 2007.

First let me say that it is still a VERY strong BUYERS market for ALL property types! Investors should get off the sidelines and get busy identifying and evaluating potential investment property types. There are GREAT buys in the condo market, single family homes and vacant residential lots and land.
