One of the first things Vivian and I did after getting settled here was to get out on the water on a boat! We wanted to experience the beautiful water here…first class fishing…white sand beaches…we love to get out on the water and have fun! I enjoy everything about boats and boating.

I take a genuine interest in building relationships with the people I meet…helping customers…SELLERS to effectively market their property…and BUYERS to find the right property that best meets THEIR needs. My hope is that every day you live here is your best day!

I especially enjoy dealing with BUYERS and SELLERS of waterfront, water access and near the water properties. I grew up in Wisconsin and spent much of my childhood and young adult years boating…fishing and water skiing. My saltwater experience continues to grow. Since moving here I have obtained my USCG Captains License. I have driven boats for Mercury Marine as an Endurance Test Boat Driver here on St. Andrews Bay and the Gulf Of Mexico. What do I do for fun here in Panama City beach? Get out on the waters of St. Andrews Bay and the Gulf Of Mexico with my wife Vivian Foate of course!
