19.04.07 » Thank you Mike and Vivian and Prudential Shimmering Sands!

 Hi Mike and Vivian!

When we decided to buy our first home in Panama City as newlyweds… we had originally planned on not using a realtor to help us find our home.  We had several agents contact us and you, Mike and Vivian were the only people who we were able to find a strong connection and feel comfortable with. :-)

To feel like your realtors are working to your advantage and so closely with you, made this such an easy-going experience.

7.04.07 » March Panama City Bay County MLS Data and Airport Update

Capt. Mike Foate

Hi everyone,

I just posted the most recent inventory data and statistics from the Panama City and Bay County MLS for selected property types for the month of March. It is still a BUYERS market but it seems that we are rounding the curve and we are now on the way up. You’ll see months of inventory reductions for Residential single family homes and condos. The only type that did not improve was vacant land which is still seeing increasing inventory and not enough sales to offset the increase. Click here to see for yourself.

23.01.07 » RiverCamps property owners get extension on build date!

Capt. Mike Foate

I have received communication from a RiverCamps property owner that this property owner has received a one year extension on their start to build date.

Many of the RiverCamps properties were sold with start to build dates. Some were not and those lots that do not have start to build dates are competition to those that do. Even the ones w/ out start to build dates are NOT selling. After the original purchase, from the close dates building had to commence by x date after close. After building started the home had to finished w/in one year.
