It is still very much a buyers market because of inventory volume.

According to the most recent market data from the MLS for Bay County sold prices in homes and condos are on the increase.

Inventories are still pretty high.

In terms of actual sales or volume(closings) the amount of properties being sold or closed transactions are increasing.

Indicative of buyers no longer sitting on the sidelines.

Buyers are here and they are buying. Personally my wife and I are VERY busy!
